The "MBCY Series" is a melt-blown filter with an outer layer that continuously decreases in pore size, providing ultra-high capture capability. By using nanofibers in the inner part, it has a high removal efficiency while maintaining a high dust collection capacity. Multi-Matrix Melt Blown Filter
This is a depth filter created using innovative melt-blown technology. It features a continuous three-layer density gradient, which allows for a long lifespan. The media section is composed of ultra-fine microfibers, providing precise filtration performance, and by eliminating the center core, we have achieved initial pressure loss of less than one-third of that of conventional melt-blown filters. Additionally, since no additives or binders are used in the manufacturing process, it can be safely used in the production lines of electronic components, pharmaceuticals, and food.
